Please note due to the influx of orders, the current wait is 6-8 weeks for production before shipment. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your package is shipped. In the case of delays or back orders, you will be notified via email with updates along the way.

Please read the following policy carefully:
Returns and Refunds: All sales are final. Replacement prints are accepted in the case of damaged goods. Original artwork is irreplaceable. Artwork regarding fulfillment times are non refundable. Please let me know in advance at art@pacoway.com before making a purchase if you need your order rushed for an additional shipping charge.
2. Damage or Issues: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at art@pacoway.com within 48 hours of delivery.
4. Shipping Information: I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely! Free shipping within the United States. International shipping is an additional $60 USD, and is subject to change if your order weighs more than 2 lbs. You will be contacted via email if this is the case.
5. Customer Satisfaction: I am committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns if needed before making your decision.
6. Cancellations: In the case of needing to cancel your order, please notify me within 24 hours of purchase.
