Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in my artwork! I strive to create unique pieces that bring joy and inspiration.

Please allow around 6 weeks for fulfillment on all orders. You will receive tracking information via email as soon as your package is shipped. In the case of delays or back orders, our personal promise is a 60 day shipping deadline for all orders or we will refund your order.

Please read the following policy carefully:

1. No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. Artwork is fragile. Once a painting or art print is purchased, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please make your selection thoughtfully.

2. No Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

3. Damage or Issues: If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact me at art@pacoway.com within 48 hours of delivery. I will review your order and determine if a replacement is possible.

4. Shipping Information: I take great care in packaging your artwork to ensure it arrives safely. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any shipping delays from the shipping companies are beyond my control.

5. Customer Satisfaction: While I cannot accept returns or offer refunds, I am committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns before making your decision.

6. International Orders: I accept all international orders! If you would like to make an international order, please email me at art@pacoway.com and I will send you an invoice for your order to your email.
