The Backwash of Covid-19 (Original 35" X 29.5")

$5,000.00
sold out

Framed Original 35” X 29.5” (acrylic paint on a repurposed thrift shop painting)

My intention for this piece was to capture a small glimpse into our experience with COVID-19. I captured as much as possible without overwhelming the overall composition of the painting. I touched on subjects such as the lockdown, the employment rates, the struggle of small business, online schooling and the increase of online shopping, the way nature was effected, the manic shopping that happened, and even a representation of fear-mongering. A small piece of history to forever be looked back on. Enjoy.
