Just for a moment, I completely dissociate, and everything becomes like a dream. I love these little moments where nothing feels heavy any more. I feel as if I could just float away from all of my problems... Some people see dissociation as a disorder, but I see it as letting go of the need for order. It’s a moment away from the trauma, the stress, and the everyday ups and downs. Sometimes the best way to cope is to let go for a healthy moment of complete detachment.
